So...growing up...I may have developed a food issue or two. Not an eating disorder but maybe some wonky thoughts around food that just aren't good.
I noticed I was trying to project these beliefs and thoughts onto my kids even though I knew they weren't right. So that made me think about how I could avoid instilling my issues on my kids...because let's be real..our kids have enough to deal with in this new world of social media and virtual everything. It can be overwhelming even for adults.
