Whoa girl! This week has been a roller coater of emotions. Guilt has been one of them. My babies started a new school (I use the term babies loosely since my oldest is 16🤪) and it has been great for them...but for me..a little harder.Â
But keeping my self-care routine in place and knowing I have those time available to decompress has helped SO much!
