Today's episode is about lifestyle but just in a different light. Lifestyle Medicine not only includes food, exercise, and sleep but also spiritual beliefs. I am a christian and I believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God. Therefore, I believe in the power of prayer and that the Bible is God breathed.
If that isn't your cup of tea...that's cool but today's episode is about prayer and how we can go to spiritual battle for the ones we love.
