½ c. blueberries
½ c. strawberries
1 scoop Sunwarrior chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp almond butter
6 oz. water
1 tbsp. Chia seeds
1 tbsp. Flax seeds
I let my chia and flax seeds soak for at least 30 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients.

The Endocrine Society has even put out a statement that advised to avoid microwaving food in plastic containers and swapping out old non-stick pans for newer ceramic coated to decrease exposure "especially for women who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant!"
