I’m Jennifer. A wife, mother of 3 amazing boys, and a Christ-follower. I’ve been a Nurse Practitioner for almost a decade, and I have seen many patients who were searching for answers but got prescriptions instead. It hurt my heart to see women who wanted answers and solutions, to only be given prescriptions and vague directions in the form of “eat better and exercise.” They needed to get out of the traditional healthcare box, and I wanted to help. So I started doing some digging on my own and learned how to better help women like me that wanted more than platitudes and a prescription.
